Home Start UK’s Volunteer Awards was held on Thursday 19th January to recognise and celebrate the amazing contribution of volunteers across the network.
Local Home-Starts were invited to submit their nominations and the winners were carefully selected from a shortlist by a judging panel.
There are over 1000 Home Start trustees who volunteer in communities all over the UK and our chair, Gwen Lightfoot, received a special extra applause award in recognition of her 25 years as our dedicated chair.
