Home-Start Warrington & Cheshire, is looking for a passionate and dedicated Outreach Worker. Working with families to help them to identify what appropriate emotional support to help resolve problems and offer Direct support, encouraging routine, promoting play, opportunities, listening and having fun.
About the Role
As an Outreach Worker, you’ll work directly with families, providing emotional and practical support, leading small group sessions, and helping parents access the resources they need.
– Location: Northwich & Winsford
– Hours: 37.5 hours per week
– Salary: £26k dependent on experience
