This week we prepare to recognise the remarkable volunteers of the Home Start Network at the upcoming Volunteer Awards in partnership with The Marsh Charitable Trust.
At Homestart Warrington and Cheshire we are also celebrating the impact of our volunteers selfless contributions. Our volunteers are the heart and soul of our organisation and they provide invaluable support to families facing various challenges, offering a listening ear, a comforting presence and a source of strength during difficult times. We will be asking them to join us on Thursday 18th January at The Warrington Youth Zone to watch the awards ceremony live and there will also be one or two surprises along the way.
We invite you to join us in recognising the incredible work of our volunteers by supporting our ‘Coffee for Care’ campaign. We are appealing for donations equivalent to the price of a cup of coffee. Your contribution will enable our volunteers to share a cup of coffee and a friendly chat with the families they support. In these moments, a simple conversation can provide comfort, guidance and a sense of connection that can be truly transformative for a parent in need.
Every donation will directly contribute to the well-being of both our volunteers and the families they support. Your generosity will help create a space for meaningful conversations and the essential support that can make a tangible difference in the lives of those that rely on the vital services we provide.
